		<description>Good writing. I tried various ways of conducting Retrospective in various Scrum teams. The major challenge I found is the follow up of the action points afterwards. If teams don&#039;t find things are happening, they get frustrated and get demotivated to participate whole heatedly in Retro sessions.</description>
